You’re crazy if you don’t use this company top notch people Guide was awesome and the guy on the boat can’t leave him out very helpful. They take care of you every step of the way and this is the perfect dive operation of getting off a cruise ship as a leave at 9 AM. A lot of others leave at eight in your in a rush to get there and get you back at the same time so plenty of time to spend and support to do other shopping but me and my son had a very good time. Diving was very good even saw a Nurse shark and a puffer fish but again very good. Operation boat was clean and nice. Thanks for a great trip.

Overall great experience. Great boat, great crew and dive masters, great locations, all around awesome. I was here for 3 days and was nervous that we would dive the same sites, but we dive 7 different sites in 7 dives. We saw turtles, giant eels, nurse sharks, gorgeous coral formations and did plenty of swim throughs. Great overall experience. Highly recommend!

I have been diving in Cozumel since 2007. This is without a doubt the best dive shop in Cozumel! I’m an open water instructor myself, so I can be a harsh critic. But I have nothing but good things to say about Blue Note! The boat is fast and comfortable. The instructors and guides are consummate professionals. They are extremely knowledgeable and highly dedicated to ensuring every diver’s safety, while also making the experience relaxed and fun! This is the ONLY dive shop that I consistently recommend to everyone I know, with zero hesitation!

We were fortunate to have Lu and Renata as our dice masters and we couldn’t have had a better time!! They were professional, with safety being a top priority. They knew where each of their divers were and made sure they experienced the best out of every dive. I’ve been on many dive trips and this was in the top 5% of them all!

I've been lucky enough to dive...a lot. In a former life, was a PADI IDC Staff Instructor, now retired from instruction & dive with family & friends. Everything from booking the trip with exactly what we needed, to meeting up and diving with Blue Note was first class, friendly, professional, helpful, and a ton of fun. Our group had experienced divers, one who took a scuba refresher class, and one just recently certified Open Water diver - everyone had safe, comfortable, relaxing, and fantastic dives. Oh, and a lost mask from our 1st dive was later found by their staff & will be on its way back soon! Very highly recommended if you're going to Cozumel.

Although the resort I stayed at had an on-site dive facility, I elected to go with Blue Note because of how highly recommended they came, and Blue Note certainly lived up their reputation! I did the 2-tank morning, and 2-tank afternoon dives. Julie, Lu, and Victoria were all excellent dive masters, and their photographer, Ninah, did an amazing job capturing images of our dive. When I accidentally left my jacket on the boat, they dropped it off for me the next morning on their way to the next day’s dives (talk about service)!

Blue Note Scuba is the best!! We were referred to them by our local dive shop and I’m so glad we found them. My daughter and I are still inexperienced divers and ended up needing extra help and attention. The boat had 10 divers and they had 3 guides which I was so impressed with. Lu was absolutely amazing. She walked us through what we needed to know and made it an unforgettable dive in beautiful Cozumel. We would have given up without her!! We will definitely come back and Blue Note Scuba is the only dive company we will use!!! Thanks again Lu for making us better divers!!

My family and I had the most amazing experience in Cozumel with blue note. Especially because of our guide, Lu. She took such good care of us and made us feel so safe while seeing some gorgeous animals. Lunch was amazing and we saw some beautiful marine life. Would highly recommend going through blue note if you want to have a good time scuba diving with some good people.

Amazing experience, so happy we did it! Lu was a fantastic dive master, full of enthusiasm and expertise (and trilingual…French, English and Spanish!) while also being very calm and reassuring, as it had been a year since our last dive. Her review before the first drift dive along the wall was thorough but easy to follow, and she led us attentively along each reef, pointing out toadfish, reef sharks, rays, barracudas and some very cool turtles!

Definitely happy for the experience, and also appreciative that we could pay upfront by credit card, which freed up our limited cash supply and avoided atm fees, making the dive more affordable for us.
